Through a comprehensive care model, we ensure the provision of accurate and informative psychological testing evaluations, individual/group treatment sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and confidential medication assessment and management, all within a safe environment.

About Us

TATC is a comprehensive mental health solution for children, adults, and geriatric patients. Unlike any other solution, we employ Precision Mental Healthcare to seamlessly identify and deliver precisely the right treatment for each patient – whether that includes digital support, meditation exercises, coaching, therapy, medication, or other options. Our board-certified psychiatrists address your needs by providing an improved in-person and online experience with services tailored to your preferences. We assess both your emotional and physical health.
Our individualized care team is well-versed in behavioral concerns such as schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and other mental illnesses. Our highly skilled team of specialized care providers will educate you about your condition, helping you understand your symptoms and treatment options.

Mary Louise Sanchez, LPC

Mary Louise Sanchez graduated from Texas A&M International University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Sociology in Laredo, Texas. Ms. Sanchez graduated with Masters in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.

LaKiffanie Jackson, MHPNP-BC

Driven by a desire to expand her scope of practice and provide comprehensive care to those in need, LaKiffanie Jackson earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health, from Walden University.

Dr. Lorraine McKinney, DPM

Dr. Lorraine E. McKinney, a native of Houston, Texas, is a board-certified podiatrist. She has been practicing podiatric medicine for over twenty-four years, and has served patients in various settings, including hospital consult care, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and outpatient office care.

Our Team

Mary Louise Sanchez graduated from Texas A&M International University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, minoring in Sociology in Laredo, Texas. Ms. Sanchez graduated with Masters in Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. She has worked in various settings in a clinical capacity with residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization, mobile crisis outreach teams, and outpatient clinics. She has worked with children from Child Protective Services, Department of Health and Human Services, behavior/mood disorders in a residential treatment setting, and unaccompanied minors with Office of Refugee and Resettlement.
Mary Louise is bilingual, which allows her to offer therapy to the Spanish speaking population as well. She has worked with children, adults, and families to provide therapeutic interventions to assist with their mental health needs. She understands mental health starts with an individual and it does affect those in the environment of the individual. She believes all individuals are works in progress as their life experiences change them each day and therapy, for some individuals, is more about lifestyle changes.
Mary Louise believes there is a person inside everyone who wants to be discovered and shared with the world and she strives to be used as a tool to help encourage those who are ready for a change, by providing the skills needed to assist. She is committed to encouraging individuals to engage in healthy coping skills, positively reframe their perspectives. Sometimes the identification of unhealthy thought . patterns, proposing alternative approaches to reflect upon, and explore thoughts or emotions surrounding behaviors

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Lakiffanie Jackson exhibited a natural inclination toward caring for others from a young age. Growing up in a family that valued kindness, spirituality, and community, she was instilled with the belief that every person deserves compassion and support, especially during their most vulnerable moments.
Driven by a desire to expand her scope of practice and provide comprehensive care to those in need, LaKiffanie Jackson earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health, from Walden University. Equipped with advanced clinical training and a deep understanding of mental health disorders, LaKiffanie emerged as a skilled practitioner ready to address the complex needs of her patients.
Beyond her clinical work, LaKiffanie Jackson is also committed to advocacy and education within the field of mental health. In her daily conversations, she strives to raise awareness and reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness. Additionally, she places herself in situations where she can impart her wisdom and guidance to the next generation of providers.
For LaKiffanie Jackson, being a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is not simply a job—it is a calling rooted in a deep sense of purpose and compassion. Her tireless efforts, continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those struggling with mental illness, offering hope, healing, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Our Team

Dr. Lorraine E. McKinney, a native of Houston, Texas, is a board-certified podiatrist. She has been practicing podiatric medicine for over twenty-four years, and has served patients in various settings, including hospital consult care, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and outpatient office care. After graduating from Prairie View A&M University, she matriculated at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. McKinney continued her training at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia, where she enjoyed serving those who sacrificed in the United States Armed Forces. Most recently, she was the podiatrist for a large community health care center in the Greater Houston area and managed podiatric medical care for hundreds of patients in five of their six locations.

Dr. McKinney has chosen to further embark on this journey of office-based podiatric medicine, focusing on patients who desire and require less invasive options of foot care. She is a Diplomate with the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry, Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds and Diabetic Footwear. Dr. McKinney exudes a fervent desire to assist patients with their urgent and ongoing foot care needs, striving to help patients achieve good foot health.
